TYPICAL C  (429 sq ft $3.20) $1,373.00+ 45.00(laundry)+25.00 (satellite)=$1,443.00
TYPICAL E  (380 sq ft $3.20) $1,216.00+ 45.00(laundry)+25.00 (satellite)=$1,286.00
TYPICAL H  (388 sq ft $3.20) $1,242.00+ 45.00(laundry)+25.00 (satellite)=$1,312.00

TYPICAL B (499 sq ft $2.24) $1,118.00 Each+70.00(laundry)+25.00 (satellite) =$2,331.00
TYPICAL D (481 sq ft $2.24) $1,177.00 Each+70.00(laundry)+25.00 (satellite)=$2,449.00

The rent includes:              
Meal Services
Housekeeping Services (once per week)
Recreation programming.

Additional charges that are not included in the rent are: Laundry Services ($45.00 per month), Satellite Fee ($25.00 per month) and Parking Fee ($50.00 plug in fee applies for the winter months of November through to March).

Above rates apply for income level $28,650.00 and under. An additional rate of $402.00 applies for income over $28,987.00.

A damage deposit of $500.00 is required, with first months’ rent.

We do not provide furniture.  You may bring your own fridge (bar size only), or microwave, if you desire.  We are unable to allow toasters or toaster ovens in Resident rooms.  All mattresses coming into the Bonnylodge must be less than 6 months old.

  • Also provided – window coverings, bedding, towels, and bathroom tissue.
  • 3 x 8 storage space in basement for personal belongings.
  • All rooms are equipped with an optional satellite receiver & basic channels for $20.00 per month.
  • Individual telephone lines (it is the responsibility of the Resident to contact service providers).
  • We also offer an activity program coordinated by the Lodge, which offers entertainment, games, activities and various outings.
  • Resident parking is available.
  • An assortment of service providers visit the Lodge on a regular basis including:

A hairdresser who is available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Weekly church services by various denominations in our area.
Library services and Nail Care Professionals.
Home Care Services are available through Alberta Health Services for personal care, when a need is apparent.  This service is available to individuals who meet the criteria as determined by the Alberta Health Services and must be applied for directly by the Resident or their family member.  Homecare Services are available in our building 24 hours/day. The Bonnylodge does not provide personal care services aside from meals, housekeeping and laundry and recreational programs.
